Payment provider information

Which payment methods you can use depends on your country of delivery. At checkout, you’ll always see exactly the payment methods available for your country. Here you’ll find information about our payment providers.

PayPal

Payment is processed via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxemburg. Here’s how it works:

  • Choose “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
  • You’ll be redirected to PayPal.
  • If you have a PayPal account, log in and confirm the payment. If you don’t have one yet, you can create one. You don’t need a PayPal account for direct debit, credit card or pay by invoice via PayPal.
  • You’ll then be redirected back to us.

Shopify Payments: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Via Shopify Payments (processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Irland), you can pay with the following payment methods, depending on your country:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay: You confirm the payment on a supported Apple device. Apple Pay uses the payment details from your Apple Wallet. Learn more: support.apple.com
  • Google Pay: You confirm the payment on a supported device. Google Pay uses the payment details from your Google account. Learn more: support.google.com

When you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the amount is due immediately with your order.

Mollie

Via Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Niederlande, we offer further local payment methods depending on your country of delivery, for example Klarna (see below), BLIK or Przelewy24. The payment methods shown to you at checkout are what counts.

Klarna

We offer Klarna’s payment methods via Mollie. The provider is Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Schweden. You can see at checkout which Klarna payment methods are available for your country. For payment methods with deferred payment (e.g. invoice or installments), payment is made to Klarna.

Payment methods with deferred payment require a positive credit check. For this purpose, your data is passed on to Klarna via Mollie as part of your order so that Klarna can check your address and creditworthiness. We can only offer you the payment methods that are possible after this check.

Klarna shows you the exact terms (e.g. payment period or installment amount) at checkout for your country. You can find general information about Klarna and the terms of use for your country at klarna.com. Klarna processes your data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and Klarna’s privacy policy.
