Puschies is a family business from Braunschweig, Germany, founded in 2021. We develop barefoot shoes for first steps and make personalized knitted blankets, knitted sweaters and backpacks with names – with love, care and lots of heart.

Yes – choose Klarna "Invoice" / "Pay later" at checkout. Your order is processed right away and you pay later. Klarna checks at checkout whether this payment method is available to you.

We deliver to Germany (€3.90), Austria (€5.90) and Switzerland (€6.90) – free from €49. We also ship to many other European countries; you'll see the shipping costs at checkout.

Shoes & all non-personalized items: We get your parcel ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes approx. 4–7 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email.

Personalized items are only handmade after you place your order – please allow approx. 3–4 weeks including shipping. With Express Personalization, your order is made with priority.

If the size doesn't fit, we exchange shoes free of charge: register the exchange via our returns portal, you'll receive a free return label and we'll send you the new size as soon as the shoes arrive. You'll find all the details under Exchanges & Returns.

Yes, in the last step of checkout you can enter a different billing address. If you pay with PayPal, the address from your PayPal account applies.

At checkout you'll find the "Discount code" field (on mobile under "Order summary"). One code can be redeemed per order.

Yes: you get 15% off from 2 items and 20% off from 3 items. The discount is deducted automatically in the cart – no code needed. It applies to all items except shoes and usually can't be combined with other discount codes.

Unfortunately not – discount codes can only be redeemed during checkout. Feel free to keep the code for your next order.

Yes, by email right after you order – please also check your spam folder. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a second email with the tracking link. Haven't received an email? Write to us at support@puschies.de.

Write to us as quickly as possible with your order number at support@puschies.de. We can change or cancel shoes as long as the parcel hasn't been shipped yet. Personalized items only as long as they are not yet in production – so it's best to get in touch right after ordering.

If your size shows “Back in stock on …”, you can pre-order it right away – we'll ship it as soon as it's back. If there's no date, just write to us at support@puschies.de – we'll let you know when your item is expected to be available again.

After placing your order, you'll be redirected to PayPal. The payment is made immediately and your order is processed right away. The delivery address from your PayPal account is used automatically.

With Klarna, you can pay by invoice or in instalments. Your order is processed right away and Klarna sends you the payment details by email. Klarna decides at checkout whether this payment method is available to you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. You enter your card details securely during checkout; the payment is made immediately and your order is processed right away.

Yes. All data is transmitted with SSL encryption and payments are handled by certified payment service providers – we never see your card details.

Yes. At checkout, enter your DHL customer number (Postnummer), "Packstation" and the number of the Packstation as your address – exactly as described by DHL.

First check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, as well as with your neighbors and your drop-off location. If the parcel shows as delivered but you don't have it, or if there has been no movement for more than 5 working days, write to us with your order number at support@puschies.de – we'll start an investigation.

If the size doesn't fit, we exchange shoes free of charge: register the exchange via our returns portal, you'll receive a free return label and we'll send you the new size as soon as the shoes arrive. You'll find all the details under Exchanges & Returns.

Exchanging the size of shoes is free of charge for you – we cover the return label and the new shipment.

Within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal (order number + email address). We can only take back shoes that look unworn. We charge €6 for the return label including processing – alternatively, choose "Own return shipping".

As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method – no later than 14 days after your withdrawal.

We're sorry about that! Write to us at support@puschies.de with your order number and one or two photos – we'll take care of a replacement or refund straight away, at no cost to you.

Personalized items (knitted blanket, knitted sweater, teddy backpack with name) are made individually for you and are excluded from exchange and from the right of withdrawal. The same applies to gift cards.

Barefoot shoes allow natural movement, support balance and coordination and let the foot muscles do their work – just as if your child were walking barefoot, only protected.

Yes – thanks to the flexible, non-slip sole and breathable material, our shoes are suitable for home, daycare and the playground.

You'll find our size calculator on every product page: simply measure your child's foot from the heel to the longest toe and choose the matching size. If in doubt, go one size up – and if it doesn't fit after all, we'll exchange it free of charge.

Yes, you can wash our barefoot shoes at 30 °C on a gentle cycle – ideally in a laundry bag. Take out the insole first and wash it separately by hand. Please do not tumble dry.

For our personalized items – knitted blanket, knitted sweater, teddy backpack – you choose the color and the name you'd like directly on the product page. Please check the name and its spelling carefully before ordering: every item is made individually for you.

No – as personalized items are made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal is excluded by law. If we have made a mistake or an item arrives damaged, of course you can contact us at any time.

Hand wash or use the wool cycle at 30 °C with a mild detergent, dry flat and do not tumble dry – this keeps the hand-knitted quality looking lovely for a long time.
